1. In case of cancellation of registration, the deposit will be refunded (except € 50 for secretarial expenses) only if the cancellation is communicated at least 15 days before the start of the course. No refunds will be made after this deadline. However, students who are unable to attend the course in the established period are granted a bonus, to be used in the next 12 months, after which the registration is considered permanently canceled.
  2. Enrolment must be received at least 30 days before the start of the lessons, by bank transfer of 20% of the total price of the chosen course.
  3. The balance must be paid on the first day of the course at the school secretary’s office.
  4. Students who start their course after the established date, are discontinuous in attendance or interrupt the course before the end of the course, are not entitled to refunds or reductions.
  5. Lessons are held from Monday to Friday; the school is closed on Italian public holidays.
  6. For intensive group courses, in the case of classes with less than 3 students, the course is 2 hours per day (instead of the usual 4 hours).
  7. Individual and small group lessons can be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. After this deadline, the cost of the individual lesson will also be charged.
  8. The accommodation booking service is reserved for the students of the school and limited to the period of the course; payment for the accommodation must be made at the school secretariat by the second day of stay.
